Can I try you before committing?
Yes. Start with a 3-video trial for $199, edited from your own footage. It's one per client, and if you move to a monthly plan within 14 days, the $199 counts toward it. It's the easiest way to judge our work before you commit to anything bigger.
Who are we?
We're The Loopov, a short-form video editing studio based in Ontario, Canada. We edit Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts, write hooks and scripts, and edit video ads for coaches and creators. You deal with us directly, by email, from your first message to your final video.
Will it sound like me?
Yes. Scripts, hooks and captions are written in your voice, from your own footage and notes. Send us a video you love and a few words about your audience, and we'll match the feel. You review every video, and two revision rounds let you fine-tune anything that doesn't sound like you.
What do I need to send?
Your raw clips, straight from your phone or camera, and a short note on your style. Please send the original files, not copies saved from WhatsApp or Instagram, because those lose quality. A link to a video you like helps us match the look and pace you want.
How do I send large video files?
Upload your clips to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and paste the share link in your email. Make sure the link lets anyone with it view and download the files. Large files are fine; there's no need to compress or edit anything before you send it to us.
Which platforms do you edit for?
Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus short video ads for Instagram and Facebook. Each video is exported in the right vertical format for where you'll post it. If you post the same video on several platforms, tell us and we'll make sure it works on each.
How long does it take?
We agree an estimated delivery date with you before we start, based on how many videos you need and when you send your footage. Larger batches take longer than single videos. If a date matters, for a launch or an event, tell us up front and we'll plan around it.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions per video are included. A round is one list of notes, sent together, and we make all the changes in one go. If you need more after that, extra rounds are available, and we'll always confirm any extra cost before we start.
Can I get it faster?
Yes. Rush 24-hour delivery is available. Ask us before you send your footage and we'll confirm the cost and your delivery time before we start. Nothing extra is charged until you agree to it, so you can always decide whether faster delivery is worth it for that video.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no long contract. Longer commitments are available and cost less per video. The full billing and cancellation details are in our Terms, which you agree to when you order, so you know exactly what you're signing up for before any work starts.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. Each month's videos are for that month, because we plan and schedule every month's work in advance. The one exception: if we're the reason a video is late, it carries over to the next month. So you never lose a video because of a delay on our side.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we'll adjust your plan. If you're not sure which plan fits, send us how often you post and what you want to achieve, and we'll suggest an option that suits you. Billing details are in our Terms, so you'll know how any change works.
